• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of time spent and net result during an active session.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ph165 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ph165.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph165, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

ph165's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph165 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other malicious components. ph165 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but makes no absolute guarantee in this regard.

ph165 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ph165 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph165, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes.

ph165 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations in respect of all personal data collected from Filipino players. Your continued use of ph165 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution channels under Philippine law.
